This blog is dedicated to documenting my spiritual progress with mettā (loving kindness) meditation. The sādhana consists of chanting the mettā mantra, sabbe sattā bhavantu sukhitattā (May all beings be happy!). The mantra verse is taken from the famous Karaniya Mettā Suttā.
